My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they felt a bit outdated, dark, and stuffy. Unfortunately, when I inquired about upgrading to a suite, I was declined. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with very helpful staff, especially when a couple in our group needed to go to the emergency room. The location was convenient, being central in Austin, but the shared space with Residence Inn was a downside. Dining options were good, but I wished the pricing was clearer and more aligned between different areas of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and perfect for my family of 4 at no extra cost, which was fantastic. The location was ideal, right by the convention center and central in Austin. The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived. However, I was disappointed by the confusion over the split between Courtyard and Residence Inn and the pricing.

My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for getting some work done, all at a fantastic price. The service was nice, although a bit pricey, it was worth it for the prompt assistance and pleasant staff. The location was awesome, within walking distance to the convention center and many excellent restaurants. The dining experience was good but a little expensive, and unfortunately not included in my rate, slightly reducing the overall value received.
